Happy Birthday Shelley

Jeff did a fantastic job for my b-day this year it all started with dinner at the Red Iguana (the best mexican food resturant in Utah) I ordered the Red Iguana and they threw in fried ice cream for my special day. Joshua and Melissa were able to celebrate with us! It was so fun to have them come.
I decided to treat myself to a hair trim at the Paul Mitchell School. She trimmed it, layered it, and thinned it. Then she asked if she could straighten it. So that is why my hair is straight in all my pics. It is fun to have it straight once in a while but it just takes such a long time. There was an hour long wait but it was well worth it.
He then surprised me with a horse drawn carriage ride through SLC. It was so fun because we sang christmas carols the whole time.
Our horses name was Cleatus. He did such a great job so Melissa and I gave him a little smooch.
On our way back to the car we played in the leaves. Which is sort of a fall activity but winter doesn't technically arrive until Dec 21st so I accepted the fact that there is no snow.
We ended the night by visiting Max and Diana. Diana recently had knee surgery so we hope you have a quick and speedy recovery. Thanks so much for the wonderful hot chocolate and the b-day gift!
